Eames Demetrios and Mark Holzbach led this energizing Tiny World Tours (TWT) exploration of Kcymaerxthaere sites in linear Southern California. If you’d like to come along when we schedule our next similar tour, of if you’d like a us to create a similar custom tour for you, please send me a quick email to mark@tinyworldtours.com!
We visited five Kcymaerxthaere sites, a Palm Springs' iconic architectural gem, the Frey House II, Joshua Tree National Park, Noah Purifoy's Outdoor Museum, Andrea Zittel's A-Z West compound, and her "Aggregated Stacks" exhibition in the Architecture Design Center at the Palm Springs Art Museum. We experienced inventive and lively Palm Springs' and Los Angeles' restaurants, and stayed at the wonderful ACE Hotels in Palm Springs and downtown Los Angeles. In addition to LA's Kcymaerxthaere sites, we visited Watts Towers, the Haas Brothers Studio, Oblong Industries, the Eames House, and the Museum of Jurassic Technology.
The following selected photo albums contain photos primarily taken by Tiny World Tours creators & participants. The panorama photos with unusual special effects were created using Autopano Pro software (click here for software website). Some contextual images were found on the web.
